line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>>> Hello, everyone. My name is Anthony Sic where and I'm line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>thrilled that you're joining us here. We have Chris Ward with line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>this as well. Today we're going to be discussing leadership and line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>performance on our teams and utilizing agile, Chris, I and line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>going through it right to you. line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>Just kind of tell us what it is will be delving into. line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>>> In this area of leadership today? Well, you kind of hit a line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>couple of those right there. Just leadership performance. line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>These are things that any project needs, whether it's an line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>agile project, whether it's a, you know, I was even a line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>predictive a project. So what we're going to cover in this line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>particular course, remember, this is a part of our series on line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>Pmis, Agile, certified professional. Make sure you line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>watch all the courses if you want to prepare for that exam. line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>But if you want to just learn a little bit about how to enhance line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>my team, how do I concentrate on leadership skills within the line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>Ed Show methodologies and by the way, that means whether line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>it's scrum, whether it's X P d Sdm Crystal name it. This is line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>going to be a part of it. The nice thing about working line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>with teams in an agile environment is that the line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>concentration will always be on small self-organized self line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>empowered teams that allowed them to quickly adapt to any line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>type of change that comes their way that the heck of a lot line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>different as we all know from our predictive world that many line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>of us as project managers come from. I don't know where you line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>are in your journey, whether perhaps you already have your line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>pmp kept them or some sort of project the project. Plus line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>CompTIA, you might have that experience in project line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>management. And what you're going to see here is going to line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>hate to say it fly in the face of what you are used to doing. line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>So, Anthony, that's what we're going to be covering. And I'm line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>pretty excited to be actually get to do this with my friend line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>Anthony Sic where, yeah, I have done many, many paintings in line:-1 <v.Male.spk2 Speaker2>the past, but now we get to do one together here. line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>>> I was going to mention how how long we've been friends. line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>And that will just make us both feel very old area. So we're line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>going to that level of detail. But, Chris, this sounds really line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>exciting. It really does sound like a course where we're going line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>to be able to take advantage of certification assistance and line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>guidance. But even if we're not interested in certification, line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>if we're just really interested in improving our performance in line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>these leadership teams, this is going to be great. Well, line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>let's get started. We've got lots to cover and we're going line:-1 <v.Male.spk1 Speaker1>to jump in and are very next episode.
