Chris and Lauren give you an overview of what to expect in this course.

WEBVTT >> Welcome into value-driven delivery. I'm your host, Lauren Deal, and I'll be your learner advocate as we go along. But the star of the show is with us today. This is Chris Ward. >> How are you doing? I'm doing really well and I don't know about star, but definitely glad to be with you, Lauren, as we continue in our series of courses on Agile Certified Professionals. >> Well, this is going to be a really great show that you probably are going to want to join us for, but you might want to know what we're going to be talking about. So Chris, what are we going to be covering? >> Yeah, okay. We're going to be covering a couple of things here. We've already covered basic concepts. If you haven't watched that course, go on back and watch it. I think it'll really help you gain a little bit more insight on some of the things that we're going to be talking about in this course. But here, we're going to be talking about things like risk, and planning, and prioritization, and how do you build some sort of product or service, a software application, or maybe a small piece of tech using Agile principles in a way that meets the customer's needs. It brings value to the table. And so there's a lot of things that we're going to be covering here. I already mentioned risk. You're going to talk about the prioritization. We're going to be talking about the plan to check X cycle and how that's still a part of things. Some really cool, exciting things. >> Well, this sounds like a very valuable show, so you're not going to want to miss it. So what do you say we just jump into our first episode? All right. Sounds good. See you there.
