Chris and Lauren explain what you will learn in this course.

WEBVTT >> Welcome in. I'm your host, Lauren Deal. I'll also be your learner advocate as we go along. But I'm so excited to welcome to the show, Chris Ward. >> How you doing? Yeah, I'm doing good. Excited about being here. Like Lauren said, I'm Chris Ward. I'm going to be your subject matter expert and leading on a journey of this course in the Agile Certified Professional Series. This one is all about Agile concepts and the mindset that you need for Agile and what that means. Because a lot of people go, well, I've learned a lot of things, Chris, about what is Agile. Is it really a project management method? Is it a framework? Is it a tool set? We're going to cover a whole bunch of that in these episodes. Well, as a learner, I have to say that this is definitely going to be something that I'm excited to jump into. But maybe there are some prerequisites that people should know about before they jump into this section. Yeah, that's a good question. And one of the things I always like to say is because we do have several of these courses as part of the ACP track, this can be used just for you to maybe touch up a little bit on your knowledge. Or maybe it is the first step in many to get your Agile Certified Professional certification. So I personally am a project management professional, PMP, as well as an ACP, a professional Scrum Master. And so just going to be bringing a lot of that into each one of these types of courses. But this one, remember, it's all about the basics. >> So whether you are following along to take an exam or maybe just to brush up on your personal or professional development, there it is. Anyway, this is going to be the perfect course for you. Chris, what do you say we start our episodes and jump in? You want to join us? We'll see you soon.
